Try Saying These Phrases and… Notice the Shift in how you feel:

Old mindset:
 “I have to eat healthy.”
 “I’ll never be fit.”
 “I failed my meal plan, so I quit.”
 “Eating healthy is too hard.”
 “I’m just bad at making good choices.”

New mindset:
 “I choose foods that nourish and energize me.”
 “I’m getting stronger and healthier every day.”
 “I’m learning and improving with each decision.”
 “I get to move my body and build strength.”

Pay attention to your inner dialogue… and the words coming out of your mouth.

Attitudes, good and bad, are contagious. Complaints are not conversation. Yes, be
real, but also be intentional in how you choose to operate in the world. It is a choice.
